Twenty Fourth Annual General Meeting. Any Notices of Motion or Nomination of Officers to be considered at the
AGM must be received by the County Secretary by no later than 1st
April 2012. Proposals and Nominations must be seconded. AGM

policy for the pages on its web site. “In the event that ant junior members
have pictures, photos or articles written about them, the KCSMBA will never
link their full names to their clubs, known locations or identify their photos
with their full name.” This falls in line with Sport England’s current
recommendations for public media/information.
